Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 7gw ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7gw online casino and sports betting platform located at 7gw.bet. By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing games, or otherwise using any service provided by 7gw, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Promotion Terms, the specific Promotion Terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Eligibility Requirements
Access to the 7gw platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 7gw strictly enforces these requirements and reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 7gw is strictly a platform for adults and enforces age verification measures at registration and upon request. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds held pending investigation will be returned to the payment source after deduction of any bonuses received.
- You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register accounts on 7gw. You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party when using the platform.
- You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of 7gw is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside. 7gw accepts no liability for players accessing the platform in contravention of their local laws.
- You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion order in place that covers 7gw. If you have previously self-excluded from 7gw or have an active responsible gambling exclusion and attempt to register a new account, 7gw will close any such account and return eligible funds upon discovery.
- You must register only one account on 7gw. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7gw may close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and withhold winnings generated through the duplicate account pending investigation.
7gw reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity and age at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and potential closure.

Account Registration and Security
To access the full 7gw platform you must register a player account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date at all times. 7gw is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7gw login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted on your 7gw account while your credentials are used — whether by you or by any other party — will be treated as having been conducted by you and will be your full responsibility. Account Verification (KYC)
7gw operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. KYC verification may be requested at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other time 7gw deems appropriate. The KYC process may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be suspended pending completion of KYC, and winnings may be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 7gw platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7gw supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are subject to the applicable minimum and maximum limits, which may be updated from time to time and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- DepositsDeposits are credited to your 7gw BDT balance in real time for all supported payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made by a player are used to fund their account balance and may not be transferred to another player's account. 7gw does not charge a deposit processing fee on standard BDT deposits.
- WithdrawalsWithdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals must be requested to an account that is registered in the player's own name. 7gw does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes following approval. 7gw reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
- Withdrawal LimitsMinimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 7gw may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits based on player account tier or at its own discretion. Players who have received bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements before the bonus-derived portion of their balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- CurrencyAll balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on 7gw are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7gw does not support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is received in a currency other than BDT due to an error in the player's payment method configuration, 7gw will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt and the resulting BDT amount will be credited to the player's account, less any conversion fees charged by the payment provider.

7gw applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions on the platform. 7gw reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction that triggers AML review procedures. Where suspicious transaction activity is identified, 7gw may freeze the associated account and report the activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
7gw offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
- Bonuses are valid for a specified period following crediting to the player's account. Any bonus and associated bonus winnings that have not been used or wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
- 7gw reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already commenced wagering activity on a bonus in progress will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to complete the wagering requirements under the original terms.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. 7gw reserves the right to determine whether a bonus claim constitutes a duplicate claim and to void the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom if a duplicate claim is identified.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between players, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering and withdrawal process. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or otherwise misuse bonus funds will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7gw may at its discretion offer personalised promotions to individual players based on their play history. These personalised offers are non-transferable and will be communicated via the platform notification system or by direct message to the player's registered contact details.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7gw platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction linked to criminal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, corruption, or drug trafficking.
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing platform rules or bonus eligibility restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to access, interact with, or derive advantage from any part of the 7gw platform, including sports betting markets, casino games, or promotional mechanics.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings or obtain credits that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error will be voided.
- Colluding with other players to fix, influence, or manipulate the outcome of any casino game, sports event, or tournament offered on the 7gw platform.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 7gw, including false claims regarding identity, age, place of residence, or ownership of payment methods.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the 7gw platform without the express prior written consent of 7gw. Limitation of Liability

Where 7gw's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the total value of funds held in your 7gw account at the time the cause of action arose.
Section 10
Account Suspension and Termination
7gw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or account security obligations set out herein.
- 7gw has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player's account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal purposes, or that the player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
- A competent authority, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency has instructed 7gw to suspend or close the account, or 7gw is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or a court order.
- The player has requested account closure voluntarily. In such cases, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms
7gw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect the rights or obligations of players — 7gw will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via a prominent notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by direct communication to the player's registered contact details. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 7gw.bet/terms-conditions. The version date shown at the top of these Terms indicates when the most recent amendments were applied. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the 7gw platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 12
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 7gw operates as a platform accessible to players in Bangladesh and these Terms are written in English for clarity and legal precision. In the event of any translation of these Terms into Bengali or any other language, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within this period, either party may escalate the matter through applicable legal channels. 7gw aims to resolve all player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.
